They also claim that this fall has occurred all in the space of one year.

The magazine believes the sharp decline may have come from a 'softening of New York City's real estate market'.

Trump's club in Florida, where he has made multiple campaign stops, reportedly lost $50 million this year.

The latest estimates are a far cry from the $10 billion the candidate says he's worth.

But Trump says that includes what the Trump name is worth - an intangible asset that Forbes does not assess.
