This mega yacht comes with its own beach...

Wealthy people who want their luxury yachts to be more connected with the environment have a bold option to consider.

Norway-based Hareide Design has released its unique concept for a 108-meter, or approximately 354-foot, mega yacht, which the company says aims to act as "a platform for actively experiencing the beauty of nature and the changing elements."

A notable element is its stern which slopes completely downward, allowing for easy entry into the water.

Other features include "An elevated dining and viewing area, [and] a tranquil garden surrounding a 20 [meter] pool..."

Writing on their website Hareide Design say: "With this hybrid mega yacht concept we want to shift the focus from extrovert admiration, to creating a platform for actively experiencing the beauty of nature and the changing elements."

Still worried about the impact on the environment? The ship is served by 300 square metres of solar panels that provide the boat with sustainable energy.
