Woman who has keyed 1,000 cars can't be stopped, say police

Austrian police have admitted they are powerless to stop a woman responsible for keying more than 1,000 cars over the past six years.

A court has ruled that the 35-year-old cannot be held legally accountable for her actions because of her mental health and the current statutory punishment for the relevant crime.
