'Human head' discovered outside London cemetery
A concerned citizen called 999 after finding what they thought was a human head in near a London cemetery.
Police were sent to the scene at Brunswick Park Road, outside New Southgate Cemetery in Barnet at 6.45am, reports the Express.

But instead of finding a gruesome head, they found a scary Halloween mask instead.
Barnet police uploaded the picture to Twitter with the caption: "Police called by vigilant member of the public to a 'human head' in the road, was just a Halloween mask. #Barnet."

According to the Evening Standard, although Halloween is two months away yet, there were parts of a Halloween costume scattered across the road.
Twitter users have been quick to make jokes about the incident.
One wrote: "Did you refer it to head office?"
Another said: "Should've gone to #specsavers", while another joked: "Is it 1 April?"
