Karlie Kloss has hit back at criticism over her positive comments about Kim Kardashian.
The model, who is best friends with superstar singer Taylor Swift, has been caught up in a bit of a media storm, after praising the reality TV star in an interview, despite the war going on between Taylor and Kim.
She had been questioned about the Keeping Up With The Kardashians star while talking to Sunday Times Style, and replied: "I think she's been a lovely person to me in the past," she said. "Look, I really don't know her that well."
This, of course, led to some confusion, as Karlie is Taylor's BFF. Was she taking sides with Kim?
However, Karlie has since taken to Twitter to clarify her comments and confirm she will "always" have Taylor's back, no matter what is written about her.
She wrote on the social networking site: "I will not allow the media to misconstrue my words. Taylor has always had my back and I will always have hers.
"And I will never be the girl that you can use to pit women against each other. That isn't me."
Kim and her husband Kanye West have been in a public spat with the Bad Blood singer over the past month.
The rift was reignited when Kim posted six-month old clips from a phone conversation between Taylor and rapper Kanye on Snapchat, in which the singer agreed to his use of the lyric "I feel like me and Taylor might still have sex".
However, Taylor later condemned Kim's social media reveal as a "character assassination" as she did not know about the follow-up lyric: "Why? Because I made that b***h famous."
"Where is the video of Kanye telling me he was going to call me 'that bitch' in his song. It doesn't exist because it never happened," she wrote in a post online.
She also asked to "be excluded from this narrative", after being involved in it since 2009, the year Kanye interrupted her acceptance speech during the MTV Video Music Awards.
