Thief interrupts burglary for toilet break

This brazen thief walked right through the front door of a property in the middle of the day.

If that wasn't bold enough, the man continued to use the toilet before getting round to stealing anything.

Sherry Naylor is the homeowner, she said: "He did use my restroom, he didn't flush the toilet."

Once he'd finished in the bathroom the man went on to steal a Macbook laptop from under a table and groceries from the sofa.

He then wandered through to the bedroom where the homeowners unknowing spouse was asleep.

He said: "My spouse, she always says I sleep like a rock, so I didn't hear anything."

However he did finally wake up after the burglar grabbed a television and when the came face to face the suspect immediately took off running.

Fortunately no one was hurt in the incident.
