Five things you should never do in a CVT vehicle



If you've ever driven a car with a continually variable transmission (CVT), you're probably well aware that it feels very different to a traditional automatic or manual transmission.

That's because they're made very differently. Typically, there's a set of cones with a belt running between them that can be moved up and down to change its length. This has the effect of changing gear and is probably best thought of in the context of a bicycle.
