Do you need to ring the changes? Does the cost of making those changes put you off, and leave you stuck in a rut? Well we may have the answer. Whether you fancy a night off from cooking, you need a new look, you're sick of your overcharging energy company, or you just like the idea of a family day away from Pokemon Go, then we have the freebies to help.

Free Finding Dory cinema tickets
New members of topcashback.co.uk can get free tickets to see the cinema release of Finding Dory - up to the value of £10. If you sign up to the site (and get the handy bonus of earning cashback on your shopping), you can spend £10 at any UK cinema on tickets for Finding Dory, and get the money refunded by the site. Once you have bought the ticket, you need to go to the website or use the app to upload a picture of the receipt, showing the date and time of purchase, the cinema name, and the ticket.

Free cosmetics
Freebie supermarket has a voucher you can print and take to any Estee Lauder counter, in order to claim free foundation and primer samples. If printing is a faff, you can just show it on your mobile phone. There's no expiry date on the voucher, but they only have a limited number available, so don't hang about for too long.

Free kids' meal
The users of HotUKdeals.com have spotted that you can get a free kids' ready meal from Little Dish, just by signing up to the newsletter. To celebrate a 'top secret' new development, they'll send out a voucher for a free meal on 5 September, and you'll also be entered into a prize draw to win £1,000.

Get your energy exit fees paid for free
Affordable renewable energy firm Bulb is offering to pay your exit fees if you switch to them. The average exit fee is £60, and can make it off-putting to switch, but if you choose to go with Bulb, you can get the money back. Just scan a photo of your final bill showing the fees, and Bulb will credit your account with the cost. Bulb isn't the cheapest of all the energy companies, but is at least 20% cheaper than the standard tariff of any of the big six and all other 100% renewable energy companies. It takes about three minutes to switch online.

Free restaurant kids' meals
Throughout August, kids eat for free at Jamie's Italian. The chain is celebrating the launch of his new cookbook, Super Foods Family Classics with the freebie. Just visit the website and get your code. Then pop in, order from the kids menu (which includes a drink and dessert), and as long as you have an adult ordering a main mean for every child, the children' meals will be on the house. The meals usually cost £6.50, so it's a substantial saving.
