Cliffhanger! Upside-down daredevil uses feet to cling to cliff
An adrenaline junkie has been photographed hanging scarily upside-down from a cliff edge high above the Brazilian coastline.
The stomach-churning snap shows Luiz Fernando Candeia, a 27-year-old riot cop from Rio, imitating a bat at Pedra Da Tartaruga, Brazil, without any safety gear or protection.

Luiz demonstrated unbelievable core strength after a pal used rope to lower him into the nail-biting position, which he then maintained no strings attached, a nerve-wracking 98 metres above the sea.
Luiz said: "I got into the position using rope and then pulled myself up without it to stay in that position unaided.
"I was really scared about the rope breaking when I was getting into position.
"It even made me feel a little sick due to both the height I was at and my sudden fear of losing focus and strength.
"It was one of the few times that I was genuinely afraid of falling, to tell the truth.
"Even when I was holding onto the rope, it felt strange - like I could fall at any time.
"It required a lot of strength to stay in that position until my friend help me climb back up.
"Because it was such a difficult photo to take, I'm really proud of hanging like that successfully and surviving!"
