Mo Farah: Race Of His Life gave everyone goosebumps and now we're really ready for Rio

A BBC documentary which followed Mo Farah for a year, as he prepared to make history and win two more gold medals at the 2016 Olympics, had viewers getting seriously emotional.

As well as flashbacks to London 2012, Mo Farah: Race Of His Life gave viewers an inspiring insight into the athlete's training for Rio - including some horrible-looking altitude training that left people completely in awe.

Twitter was totally inspired by just how much dedication he has been putting in since 2012.

But probably the best (and obvs the most emotional bit of the show) was when we saw that clip from him winning at London 2012. Total goosebumps.

And now we're all just sat here, re-assessing our life choices.

And we're also sat here hoping this.

But more than anything, we're just ridiculously excited to cheer Mo on in Rio.

Bring home some gold, Mo!
