This week's Freebie Friday brings a taste of the high life for free. You can sip cocktails, get your hands on some serious cash and bask in the glow of a tan - all for nothing. There's also the taste of something a bit more down to earth available - with free beef jerky and yogurt.

Free Pina Colada
The users of HotUKDeals.com have discovered that apparently Sunday is National Pina Colada Day, and you can celebrate for free. In fact, you can celebrate on Friday, Saturday and Sunday, when selected bars and pubs are giving away free cocktails. All you have to do is sign up on the website, using any mobile device, and then show your voucher to the bartender. The only proviso is that there are only 84 freebies from each venue each day, so you'll need to get in early.

Free £50
Bulb is a new energy firm, which aims to offer affordable renewable energy. It's not the cheapest of all the energy companies, but it's far cheaper than the big 6 standard tariffs and other 100% renewable companies. Once you have switched, you can get £50 for free - any time you like. You just recommend a friend, and when they sign up, you both get £50. You can do this as many times as you like, so if you have enough friends, you could cover the cost of all your energy for a year.

Free fake tan
Whether you're planning to stock up for rainy days, or stay safely away from the sun, you can still get a bronzed look for free. New users of Topcashback.co.uk can buy a bottle of St. Tropez Tinted Gradual Tan lotion from feel unique.com, and then claim their cash back through the site (up to £15). Full details are available on the website.

Free yogurt
Sometimes freebies are less glamorous and more yogurty. The users of HotUKdeals.com have spotted that Alpro is giving away pots of Go On. You just visit the website, and fill out your details. You'll then get a voucher for a 150g pot of Alpro Go On. They ask that you review the new flavours in return - or share your views on social media.

Free Jack Link's beef jerky
Nobody could accuse beef jerky of being a taste of the high life, but it's a welcome freebie nonetheless. Quidco users can snap up a £1.50 packet from Tesco, then take a photo of the receipt, upload it to Quidco, and get £1.50 back.
