Mark Williamson took photos of the row in what he thinks is one of the most notorious parking areas in London on the boundary between Isle of Dogs and Canary Wharf. On Friday (JUNE 24), Mark was on his way home when he watched a male BMW driver attempting to park in a spot outside Mark’s apartment. But as he halfway through his manoeuvre, a lady in a black hatchback raced along the pavement, narrowly missing eight children playing, and sneaked the car’s nose in the spot. Both drivers got out of their cars sparking a heated row that prompted police to be called when neither driver had budged more than 30 minutes later. SEE MERCURY COPY
