A motorist's dashcam footage shows the moment an out-of-control bus crashes into 10 cars.

The video, which we first spotted at the Mirror, was uploaded to LiveLeak and YouTube, and shows the pile-up occurring in St Petersburg.

The video's title on LiveLeak read: "The Salad Dressing Made Him Do It... Bus Driver Rams 10 Cars."

And the caption said: "Yeah Right... Bus driver in Russia rams 10 cars, claims poisoned vinaigrette caused him to pass out.

"The bus driver rammed 10 vehicles in the evening of June 21 at the exit from the Foundry Bridge, and blames his bad state of health om spoiled vinaigrette, which he ate for lunch."



A number of users commented on the video on LiveLeak.

One joked: "More like his kids switched his sack lunch of Vodka with drinking water."

Another replied: "Yeah, had nothing to do with the gallon of Stoly he drank beforehand", while another posted: "Russian Vinaigrette: 1 litre vodka, 50ml orange juice."

One viewer mused: "Creative excuse, I might use that sometime when I do something clumsy."

And another laughed: "Think what the blue cheese could've done..."
