Moped-riding mobile phone thieves caught on camera

A pair of moped-riding thieves were caught on camera stealing a mobile phone from a pedestrian's hand as he crossed a road in the City of London.

The 26-year-old victim was halfway across a pedestrian crossing in Cannon Street when the two mopeds approached, overtaking a truck that was slowing to stop at the crossing.
