Classic Alfa Romeo sells for huge amount at auction

One of just 193 Alfa Romeo GTA 1300 Junior Stradale ever made has headed to auction and has fetched a fearsome amount.

Built in 1968, the GTA 1300 is powered by a 1.6-litre petrol engine producing around 110bhp. Built as a special lightweight version of the Giulia Coupe, it was developed initially for racing – though Stradale versions were designed for the road.
