There's A Perfect Age To Get Married

According to a new study, if you're looking to avoid divorce, as most people are, the answer is to get married in your late 20s to early 30s.

The study done by the University of Utah said that people who get married between the ages of 28 and 32 split up the least.

For each year after 32, the likelihood of divorce goes up around five per cent.

The new study shows a sort of bell curve. They call it the Goldilocks theory; you don't want to be too young or too old, and between 28 and 32 seems to be just right.

And there are lots of reasons between 28 and 32 seems to be the sweet spot. You've (hopefully) gained some financial stability, made some significant life choices, but you aren't so old that you aren't willing to relocate and make some changes. And you probably don't have to deal with ex-spouses.

However, these are just stats - they don't account for your personal situation, or if you're partner's a jerk, or what a total catch you are.
