Amanda Holden poses in sports bra on the beach at Portuguese retreat

Britain's Got Talent judge Amanda Holden is getting fit for summer at a boot camp in Portugal and the TV star wasted no time showing off the results of her efforts when she posed for a photo in her sports bra at the beach.

Holden, 45, was pictured holding a glass of green juice and a baton while on the five-day Portugal Health, Fitness & Juice Retreat with Prestige Boot Camp. She wore a black and pink sports bra with black trousers and sunglasses as she stood in the sunshine with her hair in an effortless up-do.

Posting a photo of herself exercising at a sandy beach on Instagram, Amanda wrote: "Beautiful day for a quick burn".

While at the boot camp, she enjoyed dance exercise classes, yoga and hiking.

Prestige's Portuguese retreat takes place in the Algarve and features healthy food, hikes along the cliffs and coastline, up to ten hours of fitness sessions and fun workout sessions on the beach.
