Lily-Rose Depp is spitting image of her mum at Ken Loach premiere at Cannes film festival
Lily-Rose Depp has some excellent genes and they were on full display as she walked the red carpet for the premiere of Ken Loach's new film.
Lily is the daughter of Johnny Depp and French singer Vanessa Paradis and has carved a successful career for herself as an actress.
The 16-year-old is in Cannes to promote her new movie The Dancer and attended the premiere of I, Daniel Blake on Friday alongside her Dancer co-stars including Kristen Stewart's ex Soko.
She sashayed down the carpet in Bardot-style black gown with a cut-out panel across the middle and elaborate gold beading.
The elegant look made Lily look mature beyond her years and highlighted how similar the beautiful young actress looks to her mother.
Vanessa is also in town, serving as one of the jury members at the festival alongside Donald Sutherland, Kirsten Dunst and Mads Mikkelsen.
Director Ken walked the carpet too with the film's leads Hayley Squires and Dave Johns, plus producer Rebecca O'Brien and screenwriter Paul Laverty.
I, Daniel Blake follows the story of a former joiner from Newcastle who must struggle through the British welfare system.
