Gordon Ramsay and wife expecting fifth child, chef tells TV host James Corden

Gordon Ramsay has revealed his wife is pregnant with their fifth child, 14 years after their last baby.

The celebrity chef surprised host James Corden with the news on his American chat show The Late Late Show on Thursday night when asked about his family.

He said: "I have three girls and a boy and one more on the way!"

Corden leapt to his feet to congratulate Ramsay, exclaiming: "No!"

Ramsay replied, "I know, I'm a little bit nervous," before revealing the baby is due in September.

The chef also admitted he is hoping for a boy.

He said: "Obviously, I'm happy with another girl, but four girls, four weddings, four sweet sixteens, four boyfriends."

Ramsay, 49, and his wife Tana, 41, are already parents to 18-year-old Megan, twins Holly and Jack, 16, and Matilda, 14. They have been married since 1996.
