This weekend we're not exactly offering traditional St George's Day specials. We have some brilliant Italian and American freebies, along with a voucher for Swedish retailer H&M. However, to help bring something more English to the table, there's also free theme park entry to people called George - who can enjoy their fill of thrills as well as fish and chips, pies and dragon fighting.

Free meal
Freebie Supermarket has pointed out that you can get a free meal at Bella Italia by joining the Bella Italia Club. You just register with your details on the website, and you'll start receiving emails. Among them will be your invitation to Bella's Big Free Dinner - to try out the new menu.

Free pizza
If that doesn't satisfy your craving for Italian food freebies, the users of have spotted that the Goodfellas website has vouchers offering £1 off a pizza. When you add in the fact that Tesco is currently selling two varieties of the thin and crispy pizza for £1, and Morrisons has the deep pan variety for £1 - you can get your pizza for nothing.

Free drink at Starbucks
Starbucks is celebrating Earth Day today with a freebie. If you buy any Starbucks tumbler, you'll get a free drink in it. This offer even applies to the recyclable cup that costs £1. Plus, once you have a cup, you can take it back in whenever you want a coffee, and until 30 June you'll get 50p off.

Free copy of The Force Awakens
If you haven't used before, then you can take advantage of an offer for new members - giving you your money back when you buy The Force Awakens at Tesco. Just sign up, click on the link that will take you to Tesco Direct, and buy the DVD for £10. The money will come back into your account within seven working days.

Free H&M voucher
If you have any old textiles lying around, the users of have pointed out that you can fill a bag with them, take them to your nearest H&M, and get a £5 voucher to spend in store. These don't have to be nice clothes: they can be damaged clothes or textiles like towels or sheets - because it's the material they're after for recycling.

Free theme park entry
Finally, over St George's Day weekend (23rd and 24th) Drayton Manor is celebrating with a St George and the Dragon show, pie and mash, and fish and chips. It's also offering free entrance to anyone called George (as long as they bring a full-paying adult and ID proving their name is George).
