Tila Tequila wishes Hitler happy birthday in series of controversial tweets
US reality star Tila Tequila has posted a series of controversial tweets wishing happy birthday to Adolf Hitler.
Tila was famously removed from the Celebrity Big Brother house after one night in August last year after it emerged she was a Nazi sympathiser and had posted images on her Facebook page in 2013 wearing a swastika and SS cap superimposed in front of Auschwitz.
On Wednesday, she posted an image of her face photoshopped onto Eva Braun's body alongside the German dictator, writing, "Happy birthday, mein Furhor! The most high! (sic)"
She called herself and the dictator "soulmates".
In another she called him her "past life historical figure, most epic legend of all time" as she referred to herself as "Hitila".
The 34-year-old added another image of herself photoshopped as Hitler, writing, "The second coming of Christ in the end times prophecy has been fulfilled!"
Replying to a user who said that "Satan has a strong grip on you," she replied, "Are you an Isis member?"
When one user trolled her and joked that he was a member of Islamic State and asked her to join, she replied, "No. @realDonaldTrump and I are gonna take you clowns down!"
Tila, real name Thien Thanh Thi Nguyen, has a history of making sympathetic remarks about Hitler, including a blog post, since removed, in which she said the dictator was a "good man" and wrote it "breaks my heart" that he had been "painted out to be a monster after his death".
She was removed from the CBB house in August 2015 after reports of her making anti-Semitic remarks.
Channel 5 said at the time: "The views Tila had expressed, and permitted to remain uncorrected, are totally unacceptable and, accordingly, her continued involvement in the programme was untenable."
The mother-of-one, who was born in Singapore to Vietnamese parents, is best known for her bisexual-themed dating show, A Shot At Love With Tila Tequila.
