Driver asks cyclist to fight him during road rage attack

A cyclist narrowly avoided being knocked off his bike by an impatient driver who dangerously veered towards him multiple times.

Captured on a handlebar-mounted camera, the footage shows the driver of a silver Volkswagen Passat swerving into the bicycle lane of a road in Birmingham.
