Using a computer is worse for your eyes than you thought
It's official (and yes, you knew it all along): using technology is extremely bad for your health. Especially when it comes to your eyesight.
A recent study of people who spend six hours or more looking at screens found many things that were detrimental to eye and brain health, from sight-related problems and dry eyes and irritation to blurred vision and prolonged headaches.
