EastEnders welcomes back two old faces to Albert Square for an explosive storyline
Walford is welcoming back two old faces.
EastEnders has confirmed that John Partridge and Open All Hours star Lynda Baron will be returning to Albert Square as part of an "explosive storyline".
They will be back as their characters Christian and Linda Clarke - brother and mother of Jane Beale.
Not much is known about their storyline but EastEnders bosses are promising a 'shocking storyline (that) is set to change the Beale family forever'.
John said: "I am thrilled to be able to return to EastEnders whilst touring the UK with Chicago... Christian is never far from my mind - I turn my back for five minutes and look what happens!"
His character was last seen on screen in 2015 on Albert Square while Lynda's character was last featured in 2009.
No exact dates for their return have been given but the pair are expected to return in the summer.
