Austin Golden's sister informs him of the information, and their dad starts filming their conversation.

The footage starts with Austin shouting at his sister: "No it didn't!".

His dad says: "What are you guys talking about?". And Austin replies: "We have a problem."

Dad says: "What kind of problem?", and Austin says: "A bear problem."

Mum says: "Who said there's a bear on your side?" and he cries: "Abbie."

Abbie says: "Yeah, I heard it. And then I told him."

Mum says: "What did it say?" And she explains: "It said 'bear right'."

Trying to get to the bottom of it, Mum asks: "So, the TomTom said 'bear right'?"

Abbie says "Yeah" and Mum says: "So what does that mean?". And she replies: "There's a bear on the right."

Mum says: "Who's sitting on the right?" and she says: "Mummy and Austin."

Just to confirm, Mum asks: "So is there a bear on the right of Austin?"

And Abbie says: "Yes."

Cue tears from a very panicked Austin.

His mum makes an effort to explain that the bear at the zoo wouldn't be able to get him because he's behind a cage.

But Austin's sister, apparently trying to scare him even more, says: "I think there's another bear in the woods, and maybe it ran out."

Her mum asks: "Where do you think it ran out to?"

And she replies: "To... on Austin's side."

Of course, Austin doesn't take too kindly to this and the tears start all over again.

The girls says: "That screen said 'bear right'".

Mum and dad then suggest they get out to check if there is a bear anywhere, and Austin says hopefully it's a big but 'nice' bear.

However, his sister interjects again and says: "I think it's a mean bear."

The footage was shot several years ago but has gone viral after being shared by Austin's dad, Chip Golden.
