Toddler falls out of the back of a van in China

Incredible dashcam footage has emerged of a toddler appearing to fall out of the back of his grandfather's moving van on a busy road in east China's Jiangsu Province.

Miraculously the tiny tot, dressed in a pink jacket, was unharmed and climbed to his feet to chase after the silver vehicle as it sped off.
