Originally opened in 1878, the hotel has recently completed a multimillion pound restoration so it is a perfect time to visit. Ideal for a UK city break, it is centrally located, opposite York train station and a short walk to all of York's visitor attractions, such as York Minster and the Shambles.

The Royal York offers elegant accommodation, surrounded by beautiful gardens.
