Jet Airways suspends cabin crew after singer's mid-air performance
Jet Airways has suspended cabin crew after a celebrity singer entertained passengers over the inflight system.
Five air hostesses have been grounded after Sonu Nigam sang two Bollywood numbers after requests by passengers, reports the Indian Express.

Excited travellers shared their videos of his performance on social media, and the aviation safety regulator - Directorate General of Civil Aviation (DGCA) - is not so pleased, reports the Times Of India.

The incident occurred on a flight from Jodhpur to Mumbai.
Jet Airways released a statement on Twitter, which read:

Another tweet said that the airline was "co-operating with the relevant authorities in their invevstigation".
It added: "Jet Airways has a zero tolerance policy towards actions of employees that contravene local or international laws."
