Apparently, she'll stop at nothing to make sure her carers keep it up.

These pudgy nocturnal marsupials are native to Australia. According to National Geographic, some species are now critically endangered because they are hunted for fur and sport.

In the wild, wombats feed on grasses, roots and bark, and are powerful burrowers. They can cause field and pasture damage, so they are considered as pests by farmers and ranchers.

The organisation Wombat Protection is working towards changing attitudes to these animals as well as provide protection for them.
