The big cat first of all majestically sits upright on the car, appearing to survey his land around him.

One of the tourists says to her companion: "How are you feeling there?", and he replies: "Oh my god, my heart's beating out of my chest."

The animal is then seen having a little lounge around, stretches out and makes itself comfortable.

The driver then turns on the car and and the animal gets up and makes a move to jump off.

While it's standing there, a tourist says: "Don't spray us now."

The cheetah then jumps off the car in front of over a dozen other safari vehicles full of tourists that had gathered to watch the scene.

The car of holidaymakers sound rather relieved when the cheetah finally makes its move, and are heard exclaiming: "Oh man, thank god. Finally I can breathe."

These safari tourists got away lightly. Earlier in the week, one group of holidaymakers lost their front car bumper after a lion decided to rip it off as they drove through a safari park in Johannesburg.
