According to the BBC, he is also asking schoolchildren to help him with a scientific experiment which will see pupils plant rocket seeds that have been in orbit with him and compare their growth to rocket plants that have stayed on Earth.
The study is to help find out whether we can sustain human life in space through the production of our own food.
