Thousands of motorists found driving 'illegally' in the UK

A driver in the north west has been found to have 36 points on their driving licence, while another has 33 points yet is still driving.

The incredible findings, revealed by Motoring.co.uk through a Freedom of Information request by the DVLA, found that the first driver from Warrington amassed 36 points for using an uninsured vehicle – and has been convicted six times for the same offence.
