The two-seater light aircraft made an emergency landing amid traffic, but somehow managed to avoid damaging any vehicles and, more importantly, nobody was hurt in the incident.
Footage of the plane on the motorway has been uploaded to YouTube, where it's been viewed over 60,000 times.
According to RT News, some officials were critical of the fact that the pilot decided to fly in unsettled weather conditions.
Senator Franz Klintsevich reportedly said: "You must be a thick idiot to fly a light airplane under such weather conditions! That is pure luck that nobody was injured in the incident. I wonder if this flight was really necessary."
