Body found inside burning tent under bridge
A body has been found after a fire was put out in a tent which was located under a railway bridge in Salford.
The BBC reports that crew were called to the junction of Trinity Way and Irwell Street at around 1.20am on Wednesday morning.

A Greater Manchester Police spokesman confirmed officers were called to the scene by Greater Manchester Fire and Rescue Service.
According to the Mirror, a man's body was found in the tent, but it's too early to say if any suspicious circumstances surround the death.
Two fire engines were called to the scene, and firefighters used a hose to extinguish the blaze before the man's body was discovered.

Sad news just reaching us. An investigation has been launched after a man's body was found in a burning tent near the city centre this morning.

Speaking to the Guardian, a spokeswoman for Greater Manchester police said: "We were called at around 1.20 in the morning to Irwell Street, Salford, to reports that a tent was on fire under a railway bridge.
"We recovered a man's body next to a tent. We don't know the cause of the fire yet but investigations are ongoing."
