Car without a driver spins uncontrollably in California

A driverless car had to be stopped by police after it began spinning uncontrollably on a busy residential street in Moreno Valley, California.

Local resident Tommy Anderson managed to capture the scene on camera – after coming across a man lying atop the Honda Accord trying to stop the spiralling car.
