The Playboy Mansion is up for sale - but there's a catch
The Playboy Mansion, host of some of LA's most legendary parties, is up for sale for £140 million but there are a few strings attached.
Whoever buys the famous house will be required to give Hugh Hefner a life estate, meaning he can live there until he dies, TMZ reports.

Prospective buyers are welcome to view the property but there is one room that is off limits - Hugh's bedroom.
For a cool £140 million, the new owner will have six acres of land, a pool with waterfall, 22 rooms, a wine cellar, tennis courts and even a zoo.

Owned by Playboy Enterprises, the historic house, described by Forbes magazine as "Gothic-Tudor", was designed in 1927 and hosts charitable events, magazine shoots and civic functions.
Action hero Sylvester Stallone also recently put his knockout (sorry) mansion on the market.
The Rocky star has thrown in the towel on his Mediterranean-style crib in La Quinta, California and is selling it for $4.2m (£2.83m).
Situated in the Madison Club, a plush golf course, Sly's stunning property is spread over 5,173 square-feet and includes half-an-acre of land.
The four-bedroom abode comes with four bathrooms and has a tropical swimming pool and spa.
Built in 2008, the property features Feng Shui furnishings, grand fires places and wood ceilings.
