The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge will carry out an official visit to Bhutan this spring as part of their trip to India, Kensington Palace has announced.
The royal couple will tour the remote nation in the heart of the region dominated by India and China, at the request of the UK Government.
Kate and Prince William have never been to the country, which was isolated from the world for much of the 20th century.
Meanwhile, Prince Harry will go to Nepal in the spring – the first royal to visit the country in 16 years.
Harry has long wanted to visit Nepal largely due to his admiration and respect for the Gurkha troops he served with in Afghanistan.
He is also keen to see how the country's rebuilding effort is progressing following the devastating earthquake in April last year which killed 9,000 people.
Details about the itineraries of Kate, Will and Harry are expected to be released at a later date.
