Jeepers Creepers! Driver has unusual response to crash

A driver who was speaking to his brother on the phone reacted surprisingly after being rear-ended by a another car travelling behind him.

Captured on a rear-facing dash-cam, the footage sees the car travelling through slow traffic. As this comes to a halt once more, the car behind the camera vehicle fails to notice and ploughs headlong into the unassuming driver.
