If you've over-indulged, then you might be able to alleviate some of the guilt by booking a free exercise class. It's part of the Parklives initiative funded by Coca-Cola. There are more than 60 different classes available - from Zumba to bootcamp. They all take place outdoors, but once you've worked up a bit of a sweat you won't notice the cold. It will offer extra protection when you're shopping or banking online, to help keep your details and your accounts safe.
