Petter Solberg has grown up around cars. From racing radio-controlled models to building Autocross cars for his parents, the 41 year-old-Norwegian has a broad familiarity with the world of motorsport.

Following a successful 12-year career in the World Rally Championships, rallying for the likes of Citroen and Subaru and eventually establishing and managing his own team, Solberg turned his hand to Rallycross, a series in which drivers race in sprints on a closed mixed surface race circuit.
