Citroen raffle supports young adults with cancer
In the spirit of Christmas, Citroen has teamed up with cancer charity Trekstock in order to raise money to support young adults suffering from cancer.
The French carmaker has donated one of its popular small city cars, a C1, to the charity's #Trekstocking fundraising raffle.
The car, a C1 Airscape Flair VTi 68 S&S boasts a large retractable fabric roof, helping to make the innovatively styled car fun and enjoyable to drive.
It was in this exact car, that the Grammy Award winning singer, Foxes, completed her C1TY to C1TY Guinness World Record title attempt in May this year.
The 26-year-old was challenged to perform the 'most live concerts in 12 hours in multiple cities', driving between venues in places including Brighton, Guildford, Reading, Oxford, High Wycombe and London, playing for just 15 minutes at each before returning to the C1 and continuing the 250 mile journey.
The C1 will be a star prize in the raffle along with a host of other celebrity-endorsed prizes, which include everything from experiences and signed merchandise to artwork.
Tickets for the raffle are £5 and can be bought from https://givergy.com/listing/trekstock/citroen-c1. The raffle will soon be drawn, and the lucky winners will receive their prizes just in time for Christmas.
All proceeds of the raffle will go to Treckstock, who hope to raise £50,000 this Christmas to support many of the 100,000 plus young adults living with cancer in the UK.
