Yaya Toure avoids ban after 123mph motorway blast

Manchester City star Yaya Toure has managed to avoid a driving ban despite admitting travelling at over 100mph – because his vehicle's speedometer was set to kilometres per hour.

The 32-year-old, who earns £220,000 a week at Manchester City, was recorded driving at excessive speed on a northbound stretch of the M6 near Keele services on May 20.
