Driver William Dickerson, 47, was caught after witnesses reported seeing the vehicle perched on the Top Shoes facility.
According to an official report, at approximately 7:57am on Wednesday, officers with Arkansas' Benton Police Department responded to a report of a reckless vehicle travelling at high speed.

He was taken to a local hospital for what appeared to be non-life threatening injuries.

Based on their investigation and evidence, officers obtained an arrest warrant for Dickerson. He was charged with DWI-Drugs, Possession of Controlled Substance (suspected Methamphetamine), Criminal Mischief 1st Degree, Possessing Prohibited Article, and Driving While Suspended.
