Older drivers targeted by 'specialist' insurers

Older drivers are being warned against instant renewal of their car insurance after it emerged that over-55's are being targeted by companies such as Rias and Saga.

The firms are two of several who promise knock-down deals for older drivers - but are now being accused of abusing the trust of customers. Insurance prices are infamously high for youngsters but now the elderly are also target due to their reluctance to shop-around.
