Delivering the Christmas post? Pah! The top Christmas job this season is at Tesco, which is looking for a temporary Christmas Tree Light Untangler.

The successful candidate will need to be able to untangle a set of Christmas lights in under three minutes and will work full-time at the Tesco Extra store in Wrexham for the four weeks leading up to Christmas.

They'll need to be 'genuinely passionate about Christmas' and have 'excellent people skills'.

But this isn't the only unusual job being advertised this festive season - we look at a few more.

Father Christmas
We'll start with the obvious - Santa himself. Part-time and based in Gloucester, you'll get £7.50 an hour - plus your very own photographer and elf.

Elf
The National Trust is looking for helpers for its grotto at Clumber Park in Nottinghamshire. Earning £6.70 an hour, you'll chat to children and 'remain jovial, happy and entertaining at all times'.

Reindeer handler
Animal Island in Chester is looking for a reindeer handler - no specific experience required, though having worked with horses would be an advantage. You'll be walking the reindeer around at various events around the country - usually dressed as an elf.
