Woman Wins $8.5 Million Jackpot, Casino Refuses to Pay

One lucky gambler recently won a whopping $8.5 million jackpot, but she won't be seeing that money any time soon because the casino is refusing to pay out.

The woman is taking legal action because the casino says the $8.5 million in winnings is impossible and they claim the machine she was playing on must have malfunctioned.

Instead the casino offered her just $80 as a payout, which is probably less than she shelled out while playing the game.

The women spent about $100 on a game called 'Jurassic Riches' at the Lucky Eagle Casino & Hotel in Washington.

Her winnings on the machine kept going up and up until the figure got to a cool $8.5 million, but the casino say the maximum winnings is only $20,000 and based on how long she spent playing, she could have only won around $6,000.

Not surprisingly the gambler feels cheated and has consulted lawyers about the issue.

The casino has offered her a free weekend stay including food and gambling but it's not clear whether she has accepted the offer - we know that we'd rather have the $8.5 million!
