Police called over men dressed as traffic cones blocking cars
Kingston Police had a slightly odd call out this weekend - to a group of men dressed as traffic cones blocking cars in a Halloween prank.
The officers were called about five men dressed as orange cones holding up traffic in Kingston town centre at5 4.40am on Sunday, reports the Daily Telegraph.

They shared the call out on social media, and it has now gone viral.

Speaking to the Evening Standard, Dan said: "They were just standing in front of the taxi and the bus not letting them get past and taking pictures of themselves
"I didn't actually see the police I was waiting for a taxi but I saw it and it made me laugh."
