The couple also celebrated their marriage with a 10 foot tall wedding cake which, according to the Mirror, was made in the form of a carousel of horses.

As is custom in Asia the couple also took a number of pre-wedding photos that saw them travel across the world to Paris so they could pose in front of the iconic Eiffel Tower.

Other photos taken at the event show the couple attended by six bridesmaids and six groomsmen, taking their wedding party to a rather large total of 14 people.

Just three weeks ago Angelababy took to Instagram to show off her large, sparkly six-carat diamond wedding ring to her followers. It's thought the glittering rock will have set the groom back around £1 million.

The couple's big day was also televised and is reported to have been watched by more than 1.6 billion people.

The 26-year-old actress was recently forced to head to a plastic surgeon to deny rumours that she herself has had surgery to alter her looks.

According to Metro she visited the Chinese Academy of Medical Sciences where she underwent X-rays and examinations. Plastic surgeon, Qi Zuoliang, told reporters: "Baby's entire head and facial bones do not have any signs of incisions."

The issue came about after an article published by the beauty clinic, Ruili, claimed the actress' chin was 'extremely unnatural'.
