Michael David Barrett rented the room next to her, and placed a camera inside the keyhole.
In December 2011, 37-year-old Andrews filed a lawsuit alleging that the Marriott were guilty of negligence and invasion of privacy.
In an updated lawsuit, she is now seeking £50 million in damages.
In December 2009, Barrett admitted to renting hotel rooms next to Andrews in three cities, where he then altered hotel keyholes and shot videos on his mobile phone in two locations, Columbus, Ohio, Nashville, Tennessee, reports the Belfast Telegraph.
He was sentenced to two-and-a-half years in jail after pleading guilty to a number of stalking charges.
According to the Daily Mail, in 2010, Miss Andrews said: "I've filed this lawsuit to hold accountable those who put my personal safety at risk and who allowed my privacy to be invaded while I was a guest at their hotel, as well as for actually stalking me and making my most personal moments public."
