Determined drivers escape £3.2m-worth of parking fines

No one likes to find a parking ticket stuck on their windscreen, but just because they've been issued, it doesn't necessarily mean they're final.

According to new research, more than a quarter (27 per cent) of the UK's parking ticket complaints will result in a cancellation of the fine.
